Does anyone have procedures on what forms are needed for the DMV? We have done RTC and notified sheriff of repo. Also sent notice of redemption period. What about the Affidavit of Defense?

I was checking WI statutes and they are not as clear as other states as what to do when repo is without assignment of title. HELP..
