The temporary exception under 1005.32(a) is set to expire in July. How is everyone handling the changing of disclosing estimates to actual conversion rate, fees, taxes?

Do you think there will be an extension?

Just trying to get an idea. Let me know. Thanks in advance.

My best guess (and this is purely speculation, of course) is that they will finalize the December 2019 proposed rule by July 21, 2020. Here is a summary of that proposed rule: https://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/documents/cfpb_nprm_remittance-rule-summary_2019-12.pdf
