Is it ok to give an EFT agreement to a business account if the sections for consumer liability state "Consumer Liability" and "Consumer Liability for Unauthorized Transactions Involving a Debit Card"?

Is that enough to ensure we don't have to apply the consumer limits to a business customer?

Why do you want to give these on business accounts, even if have those sections are titled in that manner? Most banks have totally separate agreements for business debit cards as the rule are totally different.

I'm only asking because I was watching a webinar on EFT error resolution and the trainer said something to that effect. We don't personally provide an EFT agreement to business customers. It just had me wondering if this is what is being done by some in the industry.
