Our bank is in the beginning phase of switching to contactless debit cards and I'm just wondering what if anything we need to look at as far as compliance? I've looked thru our EFT disclosure and our business debit card disclosure and don't really see anything that would need updated as it's just another way of using the debit card. Is there anything I should be looking at as far as disclosures to customers?
