Can someone please refresh my mind on the HUD Homeownership Counseling Notice that is required prior to a borrower being 45 days past due. Is this notice required to contain the HUD established toll-free number and the web address of where to obtain a list of HUD-approved counseling organizations? Or is just the toll-free number sufficient?

I've been out of the consumer loan arena for a bit and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the HUD notice applies to boats and RVs used as a residence? I've been looking for some clarification in HUD documents, but cannot find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
