Marketing is looking at creating a slider on our bank website for a tiered rate product. We haven't had or advertised a tiered rate product in many moons and I want to ensure I am not missing anything.

I have read and re-read 1030.8 and I have a few additional questions

1030.8(a)-9 allows for the one click for electronic advertising.

Marketing wants to create a slider that shows the highest tier APY (along with minimum balance of the tier) than have a click here for additional information. That would take you to a new page dedicated to this product that would show all of the additional tiers along with their minimum balances and all required trigger terms.

Where I am hazy at is can the first slider only show the highest APY and still be in compliance with the rules as long as we follow the one-click rule? Where I am getting hung up at is under 1030.8(b)-1 it states each tier in the ad, as long as that is one click away is it allowed to show the tiers in two separate places?
