Hi,

I really like the check21 claim form submitted by Bearcollector, so I downloaded to my word program. I am tryng to put my bank's name were it indicates but it won't let my cursor go there - can someone help me with this? Or is not designed to be edited? Thanks!

If you saved it as a Word document, go to Tools and select Unprotect Document. I had the same problem!
