Could someone please direct me to the legislative bills in Texas as it pertains
to the Privacy Notice. It is my understanding that two bills have been passed.
If memory serves me correctly I think they are SB 71 and 76 respectively.

You'll need to know when. I get hits on both of these today, but didn't read them. Prefiling of legislation for the 79th Legislature began November 8, 2004. Legislators have been filing proposed legislation, with over 344 bills filed so far. The 79th Legislative Session convenes on January 11, 2005. Check on bills below.

He said bills that have passed, so he must be talking about a past legislative in this session until 2005.

You can go here and do your own search. SB 71 and 76 in the 2003 session did not address financial privacy.
