Do any of you all allow employees that are nearing retirement age to continue their health insurance with your bank until they are eligible for medicare? If so, is it at the retiree's expense or does the bank pay for some of it?

My bank allows those of us near (or at) retirement-age to remain on the bank's health insurance plan.

Medicare isn't free and doesn't have a drug reimbursement plan, so dollar for dollar the bank's plan is a better choice.
