We are revising and streamlining our current deposit product set. First question is whether a change in terms is required where the approach will be to call customers who do not autmatically "fit" into a product with enhancements to their existing product and upsell them to one of the new products, with a goal of migrating them within a year. Is this a sales call, or a change in terms?
Second question relates to the new free checking product. Can we still call this "free checking" if we charge a fee for paper statements, but offer online statements for free?
