Does the right of rescission apply on a lot loan if the customer's principal dwelling, a mobile home is on the lot, but the security agreement does not include the mobile home. If the customer defaults on the loan, and he can't afford to move it, or it isn't in good enough shape to move, in essence foreclosing on the lot would cause him to lose his residence.

The ROR only applies when a security interest is taken on the borrower's primary residence and it does not appear you are taking a security interest on the primary residence.
