Are there any special rules regarding IRA advertising if we post a rate? ( other than the normal deposit advertising compliance when using rates). I didn't know is there was any special items due to the fact that it is a retirement account. Thanks for your assistance

Did you ever get a response to this (like by PM maybe)? We are looking at an IRA add where the rate can be changed with market increases if you are over 59 1/2. Other than CD rules, I can't find any special IRA rules. Are there any?
