I have downloaded the HOEPA worksheet in the bankers' tools and modified it to include IL High Risk Home Loan Act provisions. When I tried to copy it to another drive I get the following error message: "Cannot copy hoepaworksheet06: Access is denied. The source file may be in use."

What does this mean? The file itself is closed. I checked the formulas to see if there was a referral to something like C:\books or something and didn't find anything. What am I doing wrong?

I have seen this when I closed that file, but still had the application open. 1) Ensure XL is closed. 2) Move it after a restart in case XL was still doing something. It should work fine.
