I found this link on another blog I read, and thought it was a good idea. I don't usually post stuff like this because it can stir up so many levels of controversy. This, I feel, is something important. Xerox is offering to print up and send post cards to our men and women in the armed forces.

All you have to do is select a picture and a message (or add one of your own). Anyway, go to Lets Say Thanks and send a postcard. Whether you agree with our presence in foreign lands, you can still support the men and women who are in uniform!

Can I just say that these cards are a wonderful idea. My husband will be shipping off to Iraq in 3 weeks, and the homesickness is already setting in. Knowing that he could receive cards like this would really warm his heart (and mine).

I know that my sister and her fiance loved getting cards and letters from anyone here in the US when they were in the "big sandbox" (Army talk for Iraq). If you have time today, please send one.

Very nice. We have a friend in Kuwait, a relative that was killed in the war earlier this year and another from our home town was killed this summer.
