There is a law in Rhode Island requiring that monthly bills show the allocation of the payment of the previous month. However, does anyone know of a requirement that a monthly bill must be sent? Thanks.

Some servicers use coupons instead of bills, so I guess there is no requirement to send a monthly bill; but, with the new RI requirement, coupons certainly won't work...

That is why I posted. What are you supposed to do if you use coupon books? That's why I was wondering if there was a requirement that you send a monthly bill. Thanks for your help.
