What is everyone planning for the long weekend? Nothing but yard work and long bike rides for me. Have 60, 80, and 30 mile rides planned.

Further South than I wanna be.

Starting off tonight with a massage. Tomorrow reading and playing cards with friends. Sunday going to one of those festivals with all the food and crafts. Monday dinner with the family. And of course there is laundry in the middle of all that.

Taking the kids to the carnival tonight to ride the rides. Tomorrow is a surprise family reunion at my grandparent's house (they have 13 kids and they don't know that any of them are coming in). Sunday the kids and I are going to a "Mercy Me" concert.

Okie- better hope they are home. My dad and his 7 siblings tried this with my grandparents, only to find out they had decided to get away for a weekend without telling anyone...it was pretty funny.

Saturday, work the standard slightly-more-than half day, shopping in the afternoon (yayyyy!), out in the evening with friends (mini golf!). Sunday day, no plans yet (hooray! might never get out of my pj's). Sunday night, out with a friend (movie). Monday, family BBQ.

Oh, Peepers! Can I come along????
You can come along, but you have to bring your own McFlurry containers.
Oh, and I get half of whatever you catch, the good half.
Goody! Goody! I'm a great snipe hunter, so I imagine I'll be good at McHogging! Will I need any extra straws or spoons for wrangling? Oh - and when will we be heading out? Is this a day or night activity? Do I need any special gear to wear? Oh, so much to think about... but I'm excited!

Working until noon today. Plans are to paint the inside of garage, sweep the pool, and some gardening. Looks like the weather isn't going to be so nice today so maybe some more fall cleaning. Daughter went camping this weekend so it's me and hubby and sammy (dog) so we plan on cooking out some steaks and ribs and get some relaxing time in. Have a great one!
Sweep the pool? You got some kind of underwater broom there Patrice?

Yeah, for sure---it does a great job cleaning the pool- even goes up the walls of the pool- we took the steps out yesterday and one of the sand bags fell off - we decided to leave it in there over the winter but the sweeper gets caught around that dang thing- I should have went in the pool yesterday and got it out- but they talked me out of it- yes- they didn't offer to go in for it- who would want to when the water is a mere 20 degrees (ok- I exaggerate- but anything under 80 degrees is cold to me). I want to get it out so will gather my nerve and jump in that pool tonite after work and get that sand bag out of it - I'm going to have my daughter come out and help me and call 911 if I turn blue. Wish me luck- I'll need it. Everyone else is just chicken sh*t I guess. lol
