The seller of property (condos)who is a developer, not a real estate person or broker, just plain ole joe has a web site, in which he wants to refer interested parties to contact us for financing, "because he likes the way we operate". He gets no benefit from it. We however get the exposure. The only way I see to make this legal is to pay for the advertising space. Do you all agree?
