Although not based in Kentucky, we are nearby. KY has some strict telemarketing state do-not-call regulations. I'm interested to know how some of our fellow Kentucky folks are practically implementing KY's requirements. For example, how do you distribute the state do not call list to bankers who might make calls in order to gain new business.
