We are thinking of offering HSA's at our Bank. We may issue Debit Cards for quick access to HSA funds. My question is "Should the Debit Card look different than our regular Debit Cards"? Though not our responsibility, would the customer have problems remembering which Debit Card is attached to the HSA? Just wondering what others are doing.
We've issued debit cards for our HSAs, and they do have a unique design, different from our regular ATM and debit cards, that makes it clear the card is for an HSA. I know that I, as a customer, would otherwise have no idea which card was which.
