On April 14, 2003 LD 494 which amends Maines High rate, High Fee provisions was signed into law.

Yeah, I've got this one on my list too. Looks like it mostly conforms to Sec. 32, though, thank goodness. We already have tests in place to screen for Sec. 32, so Maine shouldn't require any additional work.

You've got KY and Arkansas, right? Those were the other 2 that passed recently. And the Indiana and Louisiana bills appear to be dead in the water.
