Any discussion here about checks drawn on The Unitied Cities? Anyone know anything about this?

-Customer presented check ($6,210.32) for deposit.
-Teller found check suspicious and asked customer about the item.
-Customer presented documents which detailed the purpose of the check (she was to deposit the funds, and then issue funds back to the sender in order to purchase some type of private currency.)
-We refused transaction.

The routing number on United Cities (TUC) Corp checks do not match any Fedwire participating FI.
