I may just be having a semi-blonde moment, but I can't find anything that tells me when this disclosure is supposed to be given to the customer.

Is it part of the early disclosures or part of the closing docs?

"....the notice may be given at any time during the application process but no later than when the creditor provides notice of action taken under 202.9 of this regulation....."
We give it at application or within 3 days along with other initial disclosures.
