My bank is about to start offering HSAs. Can anyone point me in the direction of the regulations or guidelines that govern these? Please!!!!!

This is not a money making product unless you do a whole lot of them - and then I would still look closely at the cost/benefit analysis. On a small portfolio you will burn up all profits on employee training alone.

We started offering HSA's about three years ago. I find this manual extremely helpful. It can be ordered at: http://www.ascensus.com/rps/referenceManuals/references.aspx. It is the Health Savings Account Compliance and Operations Manual.

Yes, I just ordered one myself. Try going to http://www.ascensus.com instead. Click on Reference Manuals that appears in the center of your screen. The second one from the bottom is for HSA's. Good luck!
