Can anyone tell me what they do in their shop as far a retaining voided official checks? What is the industry standard for records retention on voided official checks?

If the retention of a particular document is not covered by a Regulation, you might find the information you need by checking our your state's Administrative Rules. Or, there are a variety of loose-leaf financial publications which contain retention information as well.
