Our policy is next day availablity which did not change. Our case by case and exception hold time frames have changed to reflect the change in the reg.Is that a change in terms that requires re-disclosure?

Yes, it is. However, you probably decreased the hold times (as per the reg) so you have up to 30 days AFTER you made the change to send the disclosures.
