How should an account be titled in this scenario?

Not my Problem, LLC. (existing customer) recently filed an assumed name change with the state. The new assumed name is "yes it is county". The same EIN is being used as the LLC.

How should the account title read?

We would title is as "Not My Problem, LLC dba 'yes it is county'".

We might also consider titling it as 'yes it is county', but would use the EIN of Not My Problem, LLC and place the LLC name in the 'legal name' of the account so as to preserve the relationship between the LLC and the EIN.
