I actually have a couple of gifts bought for this Christmas. I play mah jongg in Florida with 9 other ladies, and we exchange small gifts. Trying to find something small but nice (and cheap!) for 9 people has been a challenge, but I usually find it in those mail order catalogs. Last year, I gave them all little candles in ceramic Christmas cups. The year before, I went to Bath and Body works and got a selection of those small but potent air freshner sprays. (They have the most perfect scented lilac spray I have ever smelled! Just like the flowers.)
This year, I found small bottles of bath salts and fun note pads. So, each bag will have one of each in them. I got cat note pads for the cat lovers; flower note pads for the gardeners amoung us; and sunglasses note pads for the beach bums. I might also add a nice or funny pen or pencil if I can find them.
Gifts I have received from these ladies include candles, holiday themed paper plates and napkins, ornaments, and figurines. Cute, small, but fun to get and give.
The hard one is MOML. Don't get started on Christmas when I haven't even come up with his birthday gift yet! (Not til Sept. so I have time.)
