Reg. O Loan Limit Exemption

I thought I heard Jack Holzknecht say in his Reg. O webinar that the $100,000 limitation on executive officers did not apply to related interests of the executive officer. I cannot find that exemption in the regulations. Can you tell me if this is true, and, if so, where I can find it in the regulations?

I am trying to figure out the payment stream on a 5/1 ARM. I disclosed the first 60 months based on the original contact rate. Are the remaining payments based on the current index plus the margin for the balance of the term of the loan?
Underdisclosed PMI

What tolerance is there for TIL errors? If a mortgage loan has already closed, and the bank made an error and underdisclosed PMI, can we redisclose and correct the payment, or should we bite the bullet and self-insure for the difference?
ARM Disclosures by a Broker

We are a state-chartered FDIC-insured bank that originates residential loans. We do this through a correspondent (we close/fund loans and sell to correspondent) channel, as well as act as a broker on loans for wholesale lenders. In the broker capacity we would be referred to as a TPO "third party originator." With regard to ARM program disclosures, are we required to give these when originating brokered loans or only when we are the "creditor" and closing loans with our own funds via correspondent channel?
