What's the difference between a REMA and an Assessment Area?
In regard to HMDA, if a personal residence is being used to improve another property what census tract information do we use? The collateral census information or the property on which the improvements are being done?
Now that the 2004 data is out, our concerns about HMDA and the related risk have a little more focus.
When the agencies issued the current version of the CRA regulation, they agreed to revisit the rule in five years. That is about all that they currently agree on.
When trying to find a census tract number, what if the address does not have a street number, just a street name? How do we handle this? Do we not submit the information?
If we did a preapproval and denied the preapproval but did not have an address at the time what do we put for census tract number and MSA?
