Hiring in Banking Act (2 Action Steps)

This year's National Defense Authorization Act (the Administration's annual defense appropriations law) contained some banking provisions and amendments that have nothing to do with defense or defense spending. One of those included changes to the Hiring in Banking Act that eases some of the restrictions on hiring individuals convicted of certain types of criminal offenses.
